Our PCD end mills use solid tungsten-carbide bodies with brazed PCD cutting edges to provide rigidity, wear resistance and consistent cutting performance.
Available designs include:
PCD Flat End Mills — for slotting, pocketing, contouring and general milling operations.
PCD Torus End Mills — with a corner radius for improved edge strength and high-speed pocketing, profiling and contouring.
PCD Ball-Nose End Mills — for 3D profiling, curved surfaces and complex component geometries.
Standard metric and imperial sizes are available, together with bespoke diameters, cutting lengths, reaches, flute configurations and corner radii.

The most suitable geometry will depend on the material, machining operation, cutting conditions and required component finish.
Standard metric and imperial sizes are available. Prima Tooling can also manufacture bespoke diameters, cutting lengths, reaches, flute configurations and corner radii for specialist applications.
