Custom Tooling Gallery

This gallery shows a selection of cutting tools designed, manufactured and serviced by Prima Tooling for customers across a wide range of industries.

The examples include PCD, TCT, solid carbide and HSS tooling, from router cutters and spindle tooling to groovers, drills, profile cutters and more specialised bespoke designs.

Many of the tools we manufacture start with a customer drawing, existing tool, component sample or specific machining requirement. Where a standard cutter will not provide the required profile or performance, we can design and manufacture tooling specifically for the application.
