Custom Tooling Gallery

This gallery shows a selection of cutting tools designed, manufactured and serviced by Prima Tooling for customers across a wide range of industries.

The examples include PCD, TCT, solid carbide and HSS tooling, from router cutters and spindle tooling to groovers, drills & countersinks and counterbores, profile cutters and more specialised bespoke designs.

Many of the tools we manufacture start with a customer drawing, existing tool, component sample or specific machining requirement. Where a standard cutter will not provide the required profile or performance, we can design and manufacture tooling specifically for the application.
