  • Credit card details, credit card details are only taken over the telephone between you and a member of our staff. Your information is entered into a virtual terminal at the time of order on our premises. As this is a virtual terminal once card payments are processed they are no longer available to Prima Tooling Ltd, ensuring that we are not able to store any data. 
  • Although we accept PayPal as a payment method, if you choose this option you will be directed to the PayPal website to make payment, however, PayPal’s Privacy Policy is available on PayPal’s website.

When you place an order, we request you to submit certain personal information such as your name, email, shipping and billing address. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We DO NOT share or give this information to any outside party with the exception of the necessary components in completing your order. Your information will not be shared or used in any other manner than what is authorised by you, our customer. email addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between you and Prima Tooling Ltd.

However, we do reserve the right to publish comments of our customers on our site as testimonials. If we do publish your comments, we will include names only after approval from you – we will never publish your name if we don’t have your approval.
